I have been renting a storage unit here for 8 months now, and I've had no issues, the staff is all super nice, and the storage rent is very affordable!
Best prices in the area! Lady who runs the place is super nice!! Had a great experience here. Highly recommend!
Horrible place to rent unit !!! Started renting a unit in March 2018 . Horrible with communication regarding my unit and their "notes " regarding our conversations. Rude and unable to explain properly. My unit got broken into and they didn't notify me until hours later. Save your time, money and effort. Don't recommend this place at all.

I have been unable to access and pay via my online account. I even went so far as to come in to the office which is a HUGE barrier for me since I am disabled on top of very ill. This has been ongoing for several months. I came into the office at the request of Ms. Hopkins, even though it was a huge inconvenience to me, hoping to finally resolve the issue in order to pay online. Ms. Hopkins cried.
