The managers are good people ,however there hands are tied by the owners. I was a customer over 3 years ,I was diagnosed with cancer and had 7 chemo and 20 radiation treatments . As I struggled with my finances, bonny tried but couldn't help. I lost 10 years of personal and business paperwork not to mention many personal items. My major problem is I was promised a phone call and never received one.

I am a new customer. The initial experience in leasing a storage unit and with the customer service staff was all around good. Answered any questions I had proficiently and were courteous, professional and likable. The facility looks very clean & secure which is a big plus and it's great that you have a lift and carts to assist customers. Especially helpful for me as I have an upstairs unit.

Needed another 5x5 for the last of my packing and Rebekah got me squared away in about an hour and the 2nd unit is very close to my bigger unit. So got all my stuff packed on time . So far all is well. Very nice and clean facility.
