Amazing, perfect, love them. Use this place. I'm a 22 year old college student and they treated me amazing. So kind and wonderful. Love the staff and I felt like my stuff was safe.

we had placed our belonging in their storage unit located on shadeland avenue indianapolis. this has been a nightmare, the new manager jackie is rude, unporfessional and after paying thousands of dollars with this facility, upon going to get our belongings, we sadly discovered all of our tvs were stolen, tools, electronics, and unit looked as if someone helped themselves, but yet no sign of a break in, and the managers lock was still on there(as we were a little behind). ironically jackie the onsite manager never mentioned t... read more

I would give you a negative 1000000000 if I could! You service SUCKS! A storage unit was rented in November. Our employees were there today to drop off more items to store and the lock was changed. The so called employees were GONE! G.O.N.E! The police were called, and once in the unit, several items were stolen!!! I called the so called head quarters and left a message. Piss poor service behavior from the manager thinks she has control over everything was very uncomfortable to deal with there are more storages in the area better to deal with, less hassle and rudeness beware if she don't like what you have to say she will become rude and unruly

I rented a storage unit for 4 months to store some items between start and end dates for apartments for my college age children. I called on January 21st, 2023 to arrange for a storage unit to start January 29th. Unfortunately SecureCare made the reservation starting January 21st. I asked to have this changed and was denied by customer support and the onsite property manager. This is important as I moved out on May 27th. As far as providing a dry storage space with a locked door and gated entry, I would say this meets expectations. But their pricing tactics are most certainly deceptive and one should beware before picking this company over another. I rented a small space for $39/month in July 2019. Three months later the prices was raised to to $44/month (12.8% increase). Now in October 2020 the price is being raised to $51/month, which is a 30.8% increase in just over a year. Incredibly rude employee answering the phone. She was condescending and dismissive. I asked for a total that I would be paying and rather than provide me with this information, she had me add all the charges myself, and then tell me that I was wrong and not listening to her. Wow. No thanks.
