Old Man Dave is a very respectful person he has great customer service helps me when I have problems with my lock keep up the good work Old Man .
The facilities are fine, but the guy that manages it needs a serious attitude adjustment. He's the reason I took my business elsewhere. I doubt they'd really notice. It's likely a common occurrence.
If I could give this storage facility a negative star review I would. My mother rented a unit in hopes of transitioning from Vegas to Highland. Secure storage had 1 job and that was to be secure. Her unit was broken into NOT ONCE but TWICE within ONE MONTH! The facility has done nothing to fix their problem. She has lost valuable antiques and family heirlooms. Please DO NOT give this company your business if you value your belongings.
Do not use this place. Was overcharged and it's been over two months with no refund. The manager Yesenia is no help and neither is the call center who never knows anything. Everyone claims its another department that handles it. First it was 3 weeks, then 6 weeks. Its been well over that. Do not use this place, poor management and poor communication.
