Great customer service, very professional, convenient location, and easy to pay bill online.
This place doesn't even deserve a one star at all! 2nd time within a year that my storage unit gets broken into. I've been a customer with them since 2019 and they rarely answer when you are trying to pay a bill over the phone. Horrible service and horrible at answering phone calls. It's best to find a storage unit that has actual security onsite as well. I have a storage with them and 2x they broke in and also we talk to them about it but they never do anything they stole stuff but they never told us who did it but I'm very disappointed with this company and I will never recommend to no one
Unfortunately, I am forced to revise my positive review into a negative review. I chose Secure Care Storage because they are business storage friendly. Also, because they advertise on their website that we can turn our units into a gym, even providing an entire article on how to do it and the benefits. Which is exactly what I did to one of my units.
