So, despite my previous review from years ago back when secure self-storage was called Extra Space Storage and their doors were neon green, I find myself again moved enough to leave a review. I wish that it were in the same light, that being of a positive one and a complimentary note, but I'm afraid my friends that this time I must share the cruel heavy-hearted news of mistreatment, grief, and disappointment that shamefully resembles most the feeling of betrayal.
