Getting the unit was super easy. The clerk( I forgot his name) was awesome. The only thing I didn't like is that when you reserve online, that didn't do anything and the way it says one thing online and then when you get to the storage facility it is different. Deception isn't right, but like I said the clerk was awesome and explained.

The manager was very helpful in the entire process. Show me how to operate the control to open the gate, walked me to the storage unit and installed the lock.
