As a former Operations Manager of 11 local clinics in town (Colorado Springs), I know what good management is. Kim, the Manager, at the Fountain location is by far, the hardest worker I have ever seen. When I have come in to the facility on multiple occasions - I always see her out checking on things, cleaning and even checking on customers as they move in or out. Great experience. The only issue is we couldn’t get in the gate. Had to call your 800 number because the code that was sent to us wasn’t working. We didn’t know that we had to take out the “A” in the numerical sequence. The unit was clean and like that it is asphalt outside.
