I just think it’s super unprofessional to blatantly ignore someone you see at your door (which they got up and locked) during business hours. At the time that I came the lady said that they are closed. Your business hours says otherwise! If you don’t want my business just say that! After reading a few of the reviews I’m actually thankful that my reservation did not follow through. Please get someone with better costumer service skills to run the business. Thanks!
Kept increasing the price without notice. Will not send a bill out and instead send you an email saying your account is past due so they can milk more money out of you. And you get what you pay for.
Please stay away! Rat infestation and stolen items! I have been renting here for about 5-6 months and my stuff stinks and is covered with rat pills and oee! Also as you can see the wall is missing on one side and I have several items missing! The manager told me they are the insurance company she would not give me corporate contact information to call or email anyone to notify them of this. The girl that's work at this location Amanda needs a raise! She is amazing and so patient! Wish more people that deal with customers would be like her! Any question I asked she was able to answer or find the person who knew the answer. The units themselves need a little TLC from owners but other will never go anywhere else .
The girl working there sounded real nice on the phone . And then was very nice and helpful in person. I would recommend anyone to go to that location.
