I had an amazing experience at the storage facility thanks to Michael! He was absolutely awesome—super helpful, friendly, and professional. His positive energy and great personality really stood out and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The manager of this place was very nice and professional. When I needed help he offered me to use his car to help me get a car part when I was here! I have never been shown that amount of kindness from another person. When my unit was robbed he was the first to call me and help me figure out my next steps. This was my best experience using a storage unit.
