The process was very simple and personable. The woman on the phone was very polite and patient. When I got there to move in Kevin was very knowledgeable and even let us borrow a hand truck. Their pricing and move in rates are absolutely amazing, just like their staff and management. Also their facility is very clean and free of debris. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone that I know. Great job SecurCare.
Kevin the property manager provided extremely courteous & prompt service. We were in and out of office in minutes. Will highly recommend this location.
This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I rented a storage space for my RV for years at this location and it was stolen from a gated area. I have called 15 plus times and always get transferred, I have spoken to many managers and no one will ever return a call yet, I’m still being charged for my storage space. I would never recommend to anyone not even my closest enemy to use this company. Their customer service is completely horrible.
Raye assisted me with a huge dilemma that was pending over the past 2 months with my units. I applaud her for the highest level possible of professionalism. She dissected my rental agreement and reached out to the area manager in order to find a resolution. She showed compassion for my situation and gave amazing counsel. Raye defines the true meaning of customer service and loyalty. Thank you Raye for being exactly what SecurCare Storage needed to take the company to the next level!!!
Raye was absolutely amazing!!!! Please give this woman a well deserved pay increase "Big Raise" She deserves every cent. I will be coming back. Checking on her asking if she got the well past due raise!!!!
