I hate to leave a bad review, but this was secure self storage for a long time. And then like a week ago they switched to public storage. Before they switched there was a manager Michael that worked here. GREAT communication always answered the phone. But now public storage has only been here a week. I can’t event get in contact with anybody. I’m out the country and I need assistance with my unit but can’t get anybody on the phone. I had a rough morning trying to find the right storage for my belongings when I came upon a gentleman name Mr. Michael at 2500 Iris Dr. Location he was able to help me make the correct decision as far as the right size for what I was bringing. All I can say is I really appreciate it because I was frustrated and was about to go else where until he explained how everything was going to be OK. I went with it and it turned out PERFECT. I had an excellent experience with this self-storage facility, and a big part of that was because of Kevin. He was extremely helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made what could have been a stressful experience much easier.
Excellent service from Michael. He goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. I have been renting from this location for little over 3 years and is safe secure. Great location as well.
Micheal was great, very informative and helpful!! But the corporate office is horrible, do not use the SecureCare Self Storage. I am extremely disappointed with the way NSA Storage handled my account and billing. I went into the facility in person to change my billing date from the 26th to the 1st and was told the prorated charge would be $0.97. I authorized this on the spot.
