We wre quoted a price of $88 per month for a unit the day before we began the lease rental, but the very next day when we arrived and started the paperwork the price had increased to $142 per month. I feel that the company should honor the verbal quote that we were told because that was the reason we decided to rent with Secure Care .But I must say that Kevin the property manager was very helpful and kind, he made the experience worth moving forward with the leasing of the unit.
Kevin has excellent customer service skills and was patient & kind through the rental process. Very grateful he made it a painless & and seamless experience.
The process was very simple and personable. The woman on the phone was very polite and patient. When I got there to move in Kevin was very knowledgeable and even let us borrow a hand truck. Their pricing and move in rates are absolutely amazing, just like their staff and management. Also their facility is very clean and free of debris. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone that I know. Great job SecurCare.
Kevin, the Properly Manager at this location is very helpful. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate my RV Storage in assuring that my space was convenient.
