The girl that help was friendly and very helpful. She knew the right size of storage I was looking for and I got it and some boxes that she helped me with. She even drove me to where my unit would be. Great job tiara

Everything was easy to set up from the registration to the rental process. The only inconvenience was the registration email said to bring a lock and ID to the initial set up. The facility I am at as a very specific clasp that only a cylinder lock with fit. I was able to buy a cylinder lock there, but I feel like it was a waste of my time to buy a lock before hand that was useless. The email needed to state that a cylinder lock is required or that you will have to buy one from them as no other lock will work.
