We rent from the units on Teckla. We are in process of trying to clean out the unit, following my father's passing, and nobody is ever in the office to talk to/ pay. We mailed a check to the office, mom is old school, and due to nobody ever being there to take payment our unit now has a lock on it (funny they are able to do that, but never in office for payments to be made), also the security gate was open when we went to check our unit. Went to my storage today and there was someone's shoe prints going up the walls INSIDE my storage? NOBODY should be in anyones storage EVER. This is crazy. I have many pictures I took of all of this. How can they act like their storage is "Secure" when literally two feet above my head there's a huge opening that goes straight inside my storage as well as all the other storages that are inside the buildings? Andrew's customer service is top tier! He made the process so easy. I wish everywhere had an Andrew. Whatever they're paying him isn't enough.
