Great customer service & care. Corrie is so easy to work with. What a nice surprise given most managers act like they’re bothered by the customers. Not Corrie, she is happy to help any way she can.
Secure Care owns this place now. Very poor company to store your items at I do not trust this company too hard to find their payment link to make the payments online and they raise the rent without notifying you. Although they do say they notified you, but they didn't. I'm looking very hard to find a different place to take my storage. I don't want anything to do with secure. Care
Corrie was great in helping me take care of a situation. Made it it real easy and not complicated to get taken care of.
Five stars to SecurCare Storage on Western Avenue. The manager (Corrie) is on her game, as she went beyond my expectations. Very kind and caring.. I highly recommend this storage facility for those in need.
