Have been renting a unit for 3 years always paid, lived out of state. Told Connie I was coming to clear it out and got there and my unit had been cut into and everything stolen. They never did checks on the units. Never called us. And then has not returned our calls.
Awesome storage space for the price! The area is quiet and well guarded. Great customer service and answers questions in a swiftly manner.
Kenny and Connie are Absolutely amazing!! They have ran that place tooth and nail for as long as I can remember. Always maintaining the lots, trash, and office they make sure to go above and beyond for not just regulars but new customers or renters as well ❤️ Melrose land is so lucky and so blessed to have those two
