Stacy was great! She helped me pick out the storage unit I wanted and didn’t just put me in one off the system. She was friendly and helped me walk the property to find the storage unit I wanted to put my stuff in. They also had a great security camera system, so I’m not worried about my stuff. Have been renting a unit for 3 years always paid, lived out of state. Told Connie I was coming to clear it out and got there and my unit had been cut into and everything stolen. They never did checks on the units. Never called us. And then has not returned our calls.
