Ella made renting a unit such a breeze, she was very friendly, and explained in detail the rules and regulations. She went beyond to meet exactly what I was looking for. The unit i wanted was unavailable at her location but she made a call and got me I a unit at another location where it was available. She was easy to talk to and always had a welcoming smile. I have been dealing with Stacy since I first got my unit at a different location that she used to manage. She has always been extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help in any way she could. Even after she changed locations and moved to this location, she has been willing to take the time to help me with any questions or issues I may have. Stacey is so great & effiencent!!! She puts up with many situations that require unbelievable composer & stays calm through it all!! She is amazing & deserves the five star rating!!!
I agree, the manager is a delight, and easy to work with. but, she is as frustrated as I am that the security cameras have not worked for a long time, break ins and cut locks are a daily thing. the police will no longer respond to her calls of break ins.... somebody drove a truck though the 2nd gate and knocked it down!!! they fixed it, but there really is no security at all. find one in a better neighborhood is my suggestion.
I came in searching for a new place to store my items and there was an attendant named Stacey on duty. She was very nice and polite knowledgeable in her position. She showed me the sizes available and the prices on the insurances and what it covers. I am very pleased with the attention she gave when answering all my questions. And the price just may have been the icing on the cake. THANK YOU Stacey
