I have been dealing with Stacy since I first got my unit at a different location that she used to manage. I came in searching for a new place to store my items and there was an attendant named Stacey on duty. She was very nice and polite knowledgeable in her position. She showed me the sizes available and the prices on the insurances and what it covers. I am very pleased with the attention she gave when answering all my questions. Stacy at the Melrose location is awesome to work with. She’s professional and always helpful with anything that I need. It has been a joy to work with her and she makes my experience easier.
Stacy was great! She helped me pick out the storage unit I wanted and didn’t just put me in one off the system. She was friendly and helped me walk the property to find the storage unit I wanted to put my stuff in. They also had a great security camera system, so I’m not worried about my stuff.
