We talked to Eric on a Thursday at closing. He advised there was a unit available. Since it was close to closing, I told him I would return the following day to rent the space. I left Eric my card. The office opens at 10:00AM. I arrived at 10:20AM and the office was closed. No cars. I waited for 45 minutes and no one arrived. Talked to Erick on the phone. He was able to tell me there were 2 X-large units available. I was able to rent the units and move my stuff in that week. Erick came by the unit while we were unloading and checked on us. He was kind and helpful. Glad we chose to rent here.🙂
Management was great and very helpful. We are new to this location but very happy we made the decision to rent here.
Highly recommend securcare self storage off chzech hall and 15th went in today and Eric marsh was amazing and very helpful also gave me the best deal!!! I highly recommend the storage
Deborah at Locker Room Storage is delightful to work with. She is very kind, efficient and most of all, very knowledgeable. From the moment I walked into her office, she was ready to listen and find a storage solution that was within budget. Best of all, she is a real human to work with instead of other storage facilities in our area where everything is done through a kiosk. The unit I rented was clean, dry, bug free, mouse free, and move in ready. I highly recommend The Locker Room.
