Interlink storage 5 stars! It gets no better period. I have been to several other places because we move here and there. When this place opened I thought I would use it just because it was the closest to my house. Man am I glad I switched. The management is on the premises and they have security down pat. This storage facility is a joke we paid for the insurance on our units they were burglarized and now the insurance company will not pay out the insurance policy so if you read this review don't get a unit here it's the worst place in the city to get one it's a scam
Sharing to spread awareness. Please check your units FREQUENTLY. I had a LOT of stuff stolen from my unit between the 16th and 27th of December. The camera that was on my row of units wasn’t even facing my row. Essentially there was no camera on my row to record anything happening. When I brought this up, I was told that since my lock was not tampered with, and I’m the only one in possession of my 3 keys and gate code, it’s my responsibility of who comes in and out of my unit. I had my unit after my divorce and knew it was safe! The on-sight manager is very watchful, friendly, and always available. If you are looking for a good storage facility, this is the place to rent from! Very clean and fairly easy access to the units.
I came to interlink storage looking for a place to store something I absolutely love but couldn't keep at my house and so far with about 4-5 months in I will always recommend this storage facility. Chad is an absolute stand up guy and takes pride in his service to his customers. Personally I can say he has gone above and beyond what is required for good customer service and is just over all a very easy guy to talk to.
