So polite and clean. They do daily walks through the day checking the locks and cleanliness! Really good prices! And cameras everywhere very secure and reassuring

I purchased my unit and came in the U-Haul but the property manager wasn't there to open it up. I called several times and drove up several times and never saw the property manager even after several calls with the customer service line said someone would be there. When I requested a refund they lied and said it was approved but they still haven't given my money back. Edit: I was issued the refund but it took weeks of phone calls
Sat outside the store for ten minutes today from 13:50 to 14:99 because the front desk was on a break. Saw the lady go in. I got out my car and wen the the door. She locked it and proceeded to talk on the phone while at the front desk acting as I'd she couldn't see me just because she didn't want to serve me for some reason.
