My husband and I purchased a storage unit from NSA storage that culminated from an online auction. Life came into play, and NSA storage handled the situation tactfully and professionally, putting any concern at ease. I highly recommend people that know what they are doing and if something is new, they are not afraid of learning the answers instead of putting that chaos upon the consumer. Mark and I found no chaos here at this storage facility, only solutions.
Tammy, the property manager is amazing. She walks the property every day and noticed our missing lock immediately. She contacted us ASAP in order to keep our belongings safe.
Tammy took the time to know me, instead of treating me like a price tag. Everything is really clean and welcoming. Tammy made the experience of getting a storage unit easy and she is the sweetest. Will definitely recommend anyone in Mustang to use SecurCare Self Storage.
I tried to go to the actual office to rent a storage because I wanted to have a choice of place and see the sizes and I sit outside the gate for 20 min trying to talk to an actual person in Oklahoma and never got in. Finally did it online even tho I didn’t want to and then couldn’t get in the gate still. Waited on a person AGAIN. No answer and hung up and figured it out on my own. I rented a unit for 2 years and my belongings were in the same condition I left them in. The staff is always professional and helpful. The location is convenient and safe. Highly recommend.
