Love this place!! They were amazing and so helpful!!! Units were clean and everything was explained properly!!
This place will rip you off. They took from my account without permission. Because I allowed them i'm just set up autopay for 8 months they were withdrawing extra from my account. A total of $96 and then whenever I requested that they give me my money that they weren't supposed to take out of my account, they stated they could only do a credit unless i'm out of unit before the following month. I also stated that for a refund, it would take 6 to 8 weeks just for the check to be mailed out. They are rude. The area manager suck... read more

WOULD RATE 0 stars if possible. 100 % would never trust this place. I had to move on short notice and placed my whole life into a unit where it was locked and only I had a key. Someone removed the lock and placed their own back on it after taking over 50+ boxes in the unit and quite literally throwing all of the furniture back in ruining what was left. Went to SecureCare self storage on Air Depot to store general household stuff. I already knew the price for APublix but SecureCare was closer to my house. The female working the desk was very polite but the prices were much higher than APublix on Sooner. I began filling out the application and it asked for Military information including unit, commander and phone numbers. While we do collect military information from our military member tenants, it was explained to you incorrectly. We collect this in case of deployment as well as for a secondary contact. We go through every possible avenue to help all of our tenants and not sell their units when there is an overdue balance.
