Great prices and very kind/personable people work here. Hard to find these days. They young guy at the front desk even jumped my car once. The Boss is super nice on the phone and helpful. Glad I made the decision to use Secure Care. Very spacious options and variety.
The price to rent the same unit we’ve had like a year or more has gone up repeatedly. It’s to the point that we will have to remove our things. If you can manage to just not have anything in storage don’t do it. Especially if contract doesn’t state that price won’t go up
Since the new management no one’s ever in office. So many issues have risen from this. Also call centers based outside the US is the only person I can get contact with. This went from a mom and pop shop where I knew the owners by name to a facility with an empty office constantly increasing price.
This place was great! Fit my needs perfectly and Sean helped me get exactly the size unit I needed. And did it with a smile! I will definitely be back to do business here!
Stopped in and Christine was very friendly and professional. Made me feel like I found the right home for our travel trailer. Place is clean, good lighting, lots of cameras, and locked gate with keycode access.
