I would not recommend this storage facility. We had two units. After moving one unit, our my belongings became infested with roaches. When moving items out, some of the infestation even spread into my home, creating an entirely new problem to deal with. Now, we’re worried about moving the other unit! This is not something any customer should have to face when trusting a company to keep their property safe. We Have a unit with no power. Told them immediately. Didn’t believe us bc it would run for a moment. There is no power here . Our lease says we need power . I spend my money to use this facility for my band and to store my online merchandise. I’ve spoken to everyone I could about this and they’ve been giving us the run around . If I could give no stars I would the unit i received was not suitable to rent and damaged my brand new couches and beds I was told I would be able to receive at least 2000$ to clean my furniture and was just told today by the insurance company that was false so now I am stuck with brand new furniture I can’t even use the property even admitted that she didn’t finish cleaning the unit and that crazy to rent unit you didn’t clean what makes matter worse when you call there is no one to speak with would never rent again call a ... read more
