We already were customers but had to add a unit for more storage. Both ladies were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!!!
We are now a month in on renting a covered space for a large vehicle at SecurCare in Shepherdsville and could not be more pleased. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Love having access via 3 entry points. Do wish the hours were a little later but I am also pleased that people are not able to come in and out at all hours of the night! Highly recommend!

Just wanted to let everyone know the two ladies who helped me with my locker purchase was wonderful. Good directions to facilis, the whole process did not take very much time. They were both kind and courteous, and enjoy to work with. We will be looking at more locker purchases in the future.
It was a very simple and easy process to get a unit online. When I arrived in the office, April was very respectful and helpful in getting me set up with my unit. I highly recommend this company!
