They jacked my rent fee up $20 a month after the first month's rent! And no, It wasn't just a first month special. I reviewed the lease agreement and there's no mention in it for how long the rate stays the same so they are free to raise the rent every month if they want. I suspect this is a common tactic they use to get people in-offer the lowest fee in town then jack it up as much as they want once you're in because it's too expensive to switch. This sounds like a scam that needs to be investigated.

We already were customers but had to add a unit for more storage. Both ladies were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Super easy process. Took maybe 5 minutes at most to reserve the storage unit. They had far better rates than anyone else in the area. Denise was super helpful and friendly.

Just wanted to let everyone know the two ladies who helped me with my locker purchase was wonderful. Good directions to facilis, the whole process did not take very much time. They were both kind and courteous, and enjoy to work with. We will be looking at more locker purchases in the future.

We are now a month in on renting a covered space for a large vehicle at SecurCare in Shepherdsville and could not be more pleased. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Love having access via 3 entry points. Do wish the hours were a little later but I am also pleased that people are not able to come in and out at all hours of the night! Highly recommend!
