April has been wonderful ! Her customer service is outstanding! We really like having her on the property to help us!
They jacked my rent fee up $20 a month after the first month's rent! And no, It wasn't just a first month special. I reviewed the lease agreement and there's no mention in it for how long the rate stays the same so they are free to raise the rent every month if they want. I suspect this is a common tactic they use to get people in-offer the lowest fee in town then jack it up as much as they want once you're in because it's too expensive to switch. This sounds like a scam that needs to be investigated.

We already were customers but had to add a unit for more storage. Both ladies were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!!!
Denise was so helpful answering questions and showing me options for a space my new RV. She also followed up with phone calls that were helpful but not bothersome.
