Eric was awesome - he was patient with me and he worked with me in the lock and how to get to my unit. He told me to come Saturday so he can make sure the unit is clean. 10 out of 10 - I recommend Blue Sky Storage👍🏾
New staff is great, they are doing a wonderful job and great customer service skills .
Edit: Somebody has got to talk to the bigger guy up there.... he's pretty off putting for tenants. He constantly rides by and stares with a blank, almost skewed face. I'm glad security roams the premises, but the way he grimaces and glares and rides by several times just to do so is strange and unprofessional. I shouldn't be feeling harassed or watched while getting or organizing my things in a storage I pay every month on time.... This storage facility did exactly what I needed it to do. Hold my stuff until I was ready to leave. Billing was easy, I always got a heads up on when payment was due. If I had questions or concerns they were helpful and had all the answers I needed. Very homey vibes. 10/10 recommend.
This was a secure place for storage rental. I was there for several years with no issues. The continued cost increase is the only reason I moved out.
