I went to this location at 4:30 on a Thursday to a closed office. Their office hours indicated that they close as 6pm a little frustrating but luckily, using a QR code on the door I was able to rent out my unit and they even had an awesome promo code going on it was quick simple and easy. Easy and quick to lease a unit at the SecurCare Storage facility at 5197 McCart Ave. The Property Manager, Cameron and his assistant, Melissa, were kind and helpful. Inspected the rental unit beforehand and it was clean and ready for move in.

Ms. Milessa was absolutely brilliant with her knowledge and customer service. I could not have asked for a better person to deal with.
