Had a unit for 4 years, under previous owner, only 1 raise in 2 years, since, around 10 raises in 2 years with additional insurance cost. They are ripping people, abusive gready business!!!
My wife rented a storage unit for there the one we go was to small they moved us to a bigger unit. Never put it in there system. A week later we went to get something out of that unit they had a lock on it. We called they said we did not tell them we moved units. They met us there with the lock. A few week later that Friday we called talked to a lady told her we would be out that Saturday. Never made note in there system.
