Quality units evenly spaced to give each tenant room to get pass other who are blocking the loading and unloading area.....had a gentleman who was pulling cars out his unit and needed to get past me unloading on his way back to his unit. Never once did I have to move out his way. No harm definitely no foul either. The 10x10 is a great space for furniture from a one bedroom apartment... mainly the bedroom and living room furniture. Great customer service made everything seamless. Was able to use this for a month in between leases and it went without any issue. The great prices were also a major plus
I had a great experience. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. Dean, Kendrick and Tonya were extremely helpful and professional, making the process smooth and quick from start to finish. They helped me find the right unit, and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location for anyone in need of storage!
The worst! I don't know who has given them positive reviews, but probably family members. If you intend on storing anything that you want to maintain in good quality, it will not be here. They are overun with rats so all of your possessions will be covered in rat crap. They continue to raise the monthly price. We never had issues with the original owners. There are better options. Do not rent from these people!
The best thing about this company is Dean he is very personable and great at making you feel welcome and he cares about the customers. Dean made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the office. Dean is very understanding and helpful!
