I have two words (A-mazing!) I feel like apart of the family. Everyone was very polite and professional. Kendrick took me to look for a unit that would suit my needs he also gave me additional information about when closing time was. But it was a very good experience even though I only seen Dean for 2 minutes. And Toya or Tanya I'm sorry I don't remember the name exactly but she took care of me made sure I knew exactly what I was getting help me with the math and was very warm and patient. Came here and immediately was greeted with a smile! Tonya answered all of our questions while giving us a tour. Great pricing and clean and most importantly her great customer service won us over!

Has more than doubled the rent in the years I've kept storage there. Has a huge rat problem that has ruined linens and upholstered furniture. Also had a leak in one of my 3 units. Lots of turnover in staff, though Tonya has been there a long time, considering, and is very pleasant.

Real good A1 people....Tonya helped me out numerous times always calm and patient. Dean showed me alot units til I found the one I like...very understanding of what I was looking for. They both were very professional and friendly people. A++++ service.
