I had a great experience. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. Dean, Kendrick and Tonya were extremely helpful and professional, making the process smooth and quick from start to finish. They helped me find the right unit, and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location for anyone in need of storage!
The best thing about this company is Dean he is very personable and great at making you feel welcome and he cares about the customers. Dean made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the office. Dean is very understanding and helpful!
Dean were amazing!! On the other this co worker who wasn’t wearing a name tag was very rude. She has no customer service skills at all. She gave me and my husband attitude and she walked off as if we were nothing. Her attitude is going to run customers away from their business. She doesn’t need to work in the office at all.
Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dean for the first time and he was so helpful. The 5 star is his superb customer service.
Dean & Kedrick were awesome to work with! They helped us tremendously. It’s so nice to get awesome customer service. It’s rare to find these days. I highly recommend their services if you’re in need of a storage unit.
