I have two words (A-mazing!) I feel like apart of the family. Everyone was very polite and professional. Kendrick took me to look for a unit that would suit my needs he also gave me additional information about when closing time was. But it was a very good experience even though I only seen Dean for 2 minutes. And Toya or Tanya I'm sorry I don't remember the name exactly but she took care of me made sure I knew exactly what I was getting help me with the math and was very warm and patient. I had a 10x20 unit and i was there for a little over 2 years. In that time my rent increased from $190 when I signed to $380. I moved out recently and discovered our unit leaked and destroyed half of our belongings AND THERE WAS RATS they ate most of our belongings. Mold was on everything and the only thing they could tell me was to file a claim through insurance.
Real good A1 people....Tonya helped me out numerous times always calm and patient. Dean showed me alot units til I found the one I like...very understanding of what I was looking for. They both were very professional and friendly people. A++++ service.
A very secure and caring place that out lives their name (Secure Care) and whom are placed at very high standards during this trying time in my life! Very nice and friendly staff, gotta love these people ! Thanks for all you do at keeping my stuff safely stored and a special thanks to Tonya, Dean and Kendrick!
Tonya Dean and Kendrick the perfect combination I walked in sad came out happy Very respectful, genuine, nice, these 3 are on top of their game never separate them I'm recommending this place to all my family & friends. Place is also nice neat and clean best storage unit I ever been too.
