Exactly what we needed! In the busy summer moving season, Melinda and Tiffany helped me have a stress free move. Property is clean and secure, climate controlled units are comfortable and give you the proper vertical space! Excellent customer service and very easy to create reservations and pay.
Alex at the Syracuse location was amazing. He was hustling and helping everybody that came by in the most efficient way. He got me all set up with my new storage unit in the middle of a busy time and never stopped smiling. Unit looked clean and customer service from Alex was stupendous.
We worked with Betty at NSA storage and she was wonderful! The process of renting the unit was quick and seamless. The unit was clean and in great shape. The security is excellent with a code for entry and exiting. Would definitely recommend the 671 Syracuse St / Colorado Springs location!
I Just went and rented a storage for my Star Wars collectibles, after deciding my home was no longer a safe place for them. I was super surprised with the customer service, knowledge and expertise of the two ladies at the front desk( Betty & Melinda). Secure care was definitely a great choice and I will use in the future:)
I am in a weird position with my Army move. Three percent of my entire household did not fit into my POD. So, I needed immediate storage for a couple of months until I was ready to move with a U-Haul trailer. I found this storage, and the property manager was so very nice and accommodating. Signing up was very easy. I am sure the rest of the process until I check out in June will go just as swimmingly! Use this storage place!
