We worked with Betty at NSA storage and she was wonderful! The process of renting the unit was quick and seamless. The unit was clean and in great shape. The security is excellent with a code for entry and exiting. Would definitely recommend the 671 Syracuse St / Colorado Springs location!
I Just went and rented a storage for my Star Wars collectibles, after deciding my home was no longer a safe place for them. I was super surprised with the customer service, knowledge and expertise of the two ladies at the front desk( Betty & Melinda). Secure care was definitely a great choice and I will use in the future:)
Just signed up today! The staff called while I was still in the process of completing the stuff online! Super efficient, friendly, clean, and great priced! Excited to start storing my stuff and make some room in my house!
The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful with getting my a storage building, had a little mix up and they got it fixed in a timely manner!
Recently a new company took over my self storage place, so I stopped by there to check on my units. Barb was in the office and I was very pleased with her cust service. Friendly as well as helpful. Normally, she handles a different property but was taking care of this location temporarily during this changeover with NSA storage, so I was very happy with her knowledge & attitude with all my questions.
