Could not get ahold of anyone to pay bill. They cancelled the call center and don't return calls or emails. Was able to pay online until that was disabled after raising rates. Did a emergency move out so I didn't lose my belongings. 104 degree heat. Gas 3.50 a gallon. My New unit has, true 24-7 access, a gate keypad you can read the numbers, cameras, office lady m-f, online bill pay. Less than the price that they raised rates to. And No deposit. I show it up to my unit at 5 pm and it has been broken into despite the security gate/access code and cameras they have “installed” . I can not get in contact with anyone . I am missing things and things are broken
Showed up on Sunday around 4pm to get my camping / fishing gear so my daughter and I could go out and spend some quality time together. Go figure this completely digital storage site decides to not let me in with my code. Then no one answers the phone. Its all good until a paying customer can't get their belongings. The least a place can do is offer a 24/7 phone call to solve a problem.
At the beginning with Crowley Storage it was quite tough as far as communicating with anybody. It was really easy to get the storage unit, But anytime I needed something from the storage unit company they wouldn’t answer. I was frustrated for a while so I left it alone but then they got bought out. Since the buyout of the new company everything has been extremely smooth he cancels the storage unit promptly and does not mess around with holding deposits. I rented 3 units 10 x 20. All 3 nice new and clean. Doors roll up and easy to open. It is East to load and unload your stuff also. The security gate works good with your code. I actually got to meet the owners also while I was there on one of my trips. They are serious about there customer service and take excellent care of there customer s and property is well maintained.
