I’ve experienced some unsettling issues in the past. Since Daren took over this location it has been cleaner, less break ins, and every time I see Daren, he is always friendly and making sure we don’t need anything. We’ve been through several different companies and employees during our time here and Daren has been the best.
Could not get ahold of anyone to pay bill. They cancelled the call center and don't return calls or emails. Was able to pay online until that was disabled after raising rates. Did a emergency move out so I didn't lose my belongings. 104 degree heat. Gas 3.50 a gallon. My New unit has, true 24-7 access, a gate keypad you can read the numbers, cameras, office lady m-f, online bill pay. Less than the price that they raised rates to. And No deposit. This is a secure and affordable storage place. The online transaction is so convenient. No problems with accessing the unit. It is close to where we will be moving, so it’s perfect for us.

I rented 3 units 10 x 20. All 3 nice new and clean. Doors roll up and easy to open. It is East to load and unload your stuff also. The security gate works good with your code. I actually got to meet the owners also while I was there on one of my trips. They are serious about there customer service and take excellent care of there customer s and property is well maintained.
