I'm confused. The lady popped out of nowhere and then she said come over to the office and I'll give you my direct number it's the second I turned around she was gone and I think she's a ghost and then when we went to the office again the second time she wasn't there no one was there I'm still confused

Update: the amount was corrected but only giving 3 stars cause it should not hold that much for a couple of days. Sorry but I am poor folk lol. Normally I go here to wash my car with cash but yesterday used my bank card. When I was done it said $2.25 for cost. When I looked at my bank account they charged me $10 for the quick wash. If Monday my bank has not corrected the amount I will be calling and if not refunded will not be going back. I hate drive thru car washes but if this place is going to rip me off I won't be visit... read more

I always Go to this Car wash for years, It's Peaceful, My hideout to relax and Clean my Cars, The Music's Fantastic, Felt like a place to be rather then the others. But today didn't feel like home. As i was writing this, I was told to wash or leave. So i left instead of Washing today.

Due to certain circumstances I had to get a storage for my items, I paid the $25, and 2 months rent, within 15hrs I realized that I didn't need it after all... So I called up there and just talked to the lady at the front, she talked to her bosses and they agreed to refund me the 2nd month... I understood and was happy with that.... That was the first weekend of August, I have NOT received anything and was told a check will be mailed out to me within 1 month... 2.5 months later... Nothing!!! Trying to wash my wife's van. First stall I pulled into the high pressure wand was in the floor, broken in half. So I relocated to the next stall, put in my tokens and got started. Unfortunately this stall featured a broken scrub brush. I won't be back. Turns out there's a reason the carwash on the other side of Wilshire is so busy.
