I put my household goods in storage for 2 years while living overseas and expected to find at least some evidence of bugs or rodents in my belongings when I returned, but I was amazed to find absolutely no issues or problems at this facility. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the service was great. Property Manager Kelly was friendly, helpful, and very easy to work with. Overall a great experience and a high quality storage location!
Kelly gave me great customer service and was able to answer all my questions about renting. I definitely recommend to friends and family if you’re looking for a safe and secure place to rent.
Here is the truth! Robert is the only reason we are still with this company. We have had issues almost from the get-go. Whether it was that we were paying for climate controlled and not receive climate controlled storage for months. Not weeks or a month but months. To also not getting our invoices or phone calls to say that our account wasn’t working. Then getting hit with a large bill. Robert has been a rock through it all. Great customer service. Very professional and safe facility. I had a wonderful professional relationship with the previous manager, Robert, and I now have a great professional relationship with the new manager, Kelly. The name/company of the facility has changed, but the facility is still very solid (almost brand new), and the service is excellent as always.
Everyone was very helpful and kind. But beware of the low introductory prices. I have a 5x10 and 10x20 climate controlled units. They were rented on May 28th and my September bills have increased by 30% on the 5x10 and 15% on the 10x20. Talked with the store and they said nothing could be done at their level. They would pass my concerns onto upper management but don't expect anything to change.
