Had an issue pulling into the space I was originally assigned. The neighboring RV was encroaching my space. I called into another facility, as the highland facility was technically closed for business. The gentleman who answered the phone took care of the issue very quickly by assigning me to another space. He was very professional and understanding.
I had over $12,000 of tools stolen from my trailer parked in their facility, John who works at highland and Ryan the operations manager claim they know who was involved but will not help hold the person accountable. Also there is a person who lives on the property and has easement access so the person can come and go at anytime with or without a gate code. I have asked numerous times for a copy of the footage which they say they have and turned over to the police but they claim due to company policy ryan cannot let me see ... read more

This is my sixth month of leasing a space for my motorhome. I'm very satisfied with the service and security here at Secure RV Storage. Easy access to Hwy 215 N/S makes for convenient travel throughout the high desert cities/towns, etc. The manager John is always on top of things and regularly tours the site for security protection. Secure RV Storage is a Great choice for your vehicle storage needs.
This storage lot is nice, but be ready for regular and substantial increases in your space rental with absolutely no increase in service. Our space went up 76% between April 2021 and April 2024, with some increases coming with less than 30 days notice.
