I went through 5 rate increases by my first year ever having a storage, including downsizing to a smaller unit. Total business of grime. Only reason I chose this place, cause it was down the street from where I lived. Gave em a second star, cause it’s convenient and right off the freeway. But other than that. Since Shelly left, there is no care about you or your stuff. They just want their money on time.
They are very friendly. The one that opened my new storage remembered me from a prior rental. She was wonderful.

Very nice people! Quick and easy service! However, they keep raising their prices and my bill has almost doubled since my first month. I recommend shopping around. Also, I have black widows all over my belongings now, so that sucks.
