I will say, I've had different storage places in Oroville. Security 1st self storage is by far the best. The people working there, including Crystal, Louis, and Steve are not only understanding but are a joy to talk to. I encourage people that are looking for a safe and friendly storage unit to check this place out.
They had a great deal online I couldn't pass up. Straight forward process..pretty simple and fast! Showed up to the office for verification and I was out the door in no time. Plus the employees are very kind!
Crystal is Great! She always takes great care of her tenants and you can tell she truly cares!
Well my rental has doubled since the new owners have taken over. Not to pleased how short notice they give you. Also legally you have x amount of days to pay your bill. You can guarantee if not received on the 1st you will receive email stating your late and now they revising the terms of what’s late. Contract is a contract . So this is why my review is 2 oh wait .
