Infested with rats. Within 2 weeks of renting all my stuff had been ruined. Cleaned everything out and used deterrent and they still came back and ruined more stuff. Manager claimed they were working to get it under control but I’ve been here almost a year and still having the same issue. Canceling my lease and throwing all my stuff away. EDIT: I’ve called four times and they don’t answer the phone or return calls after leaving voicemails. Been with this facility for several years now, the current onsite manager is great. I was extremely frustrated with having to do everything online. She quickly helped get it all dialed in.
The manager is super nice and I never had any problems at all.
