Infested with rats. Within 2 weeks of renting all my stuff had been ruined. Cleaned everything out and used deterrent and they still came back and ruined more stuff. Manager claimed they were working to get it under control but I’ve been here almost a year and still having the same issue. Canceling my lease and throwing all my stuff away. EDIT: I’ve called four times and they don’t answer the phone or return calls after leaving voicemails. I will say, I've had different storage places in Oroville. Security 1st self storage is by far the best. The people working there, including Crystal, Louis, and Steve are not only understanding but are a joy to talk to. I encourage people that are looking for a safe and friendly storage unit to check this place out.
This is an awesome storage place and the people who work here are really friendly and made the process smooth and easy for me. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a great self storage facility.
They had a great deal online I couldn't pass up. Straight forward process..pretty simple and fast! Showed up to the office for verification and I was out the door in no time. Plus the employees are very kind!
