I absolutely love The people that Work here they care they’re amazing. They’re awesome to talk to you. The customer service is amazing to get back to you with a timely fashion. I just love everything about this and having my stuff there is been amazing. It’s a whole lot cheaper than the other storage age unit I was paying for
This storage manager is one hell of a great person. She works with u and is very understanding as long as you stay communicating with her. I love the fact that she has had this site improve by far and helped work out personal as well as individual issues from current on site managers.
Was kicked out from storage unit from angry management with an attitude and bad customer services. First time meeting her and last time seeing her. She stated it’s against the law everywhere to store vehicles in stage unit and I informed her I was told it was okay when renting. I showed her the policy and she wouldn’t even look at it. She just told me it doesn’t matter because she’s the new management and it’s against the law.
