Wanted to say thank you to Kimberly for helping me take care of my units bill today. She took the time needed and helped me through the process of it. I've had good experiences here each time I've had a question for the staff. The site is always clean and I've never felt like my unit was at risk here.

Kimberly was very kind and efficient in getting our storage unit all set up. She took the time to show us the unit, explain how everything works, and kindly got all our paperwork done with us. She was absolutely amazing.
Walked in and was greeted by an amazing team of women consisting of Morgan, Kim and Ty! The professionalism is an absolute 10! There ladies were able to set me up in a unit that was perfect for my needs. There was no question left unanswered. I honestly was trying to find a reason to not go in and inquire about a unit. Five Stars for Lula Perez. I appreciate your professional yet friendly demeanor, ready answers to my questions, great customer service skills, and extensive knowledge of the facility. Thank you for your assistance in my securing a unit. Although the facility is quite 🆕, clean, coded, with high end monitoring (surveillance) systems, I still wanted to address my concern re the open ceilings of each units on the second floor, covered only by fence wires (including my own unit).
