I had an outstanding experience at Secure Public Storage in El Cerrito. John and Corina were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process, making everything easy and stress-free. The facility itself is top-notch—the most secure storage facility I’ve come across in the East Bay. If you’re looking for a reliable and secure storage option, I can’t recommend this location enough.
I have a music business out of my home and have had good experiences over the years with several storage places in the east bay. Recently however my storage needs grew and I decided to consolidate and get a larger space at Security Public Storage in El Cerrito. I started off with a 10 x 15 which filled up pretty fast so I added a second space but soon found I could consolidate back into one space. Perfect location near I-80 exit, and next to a small mall that gives a feeling to this place of added security. This facility is clean and well managed. A shout out to John, Brianna and Nadia: they're all very helpful, kind and attentive. I couldn't recommend a better place!
The service I received was friendly, and the straightforward. This was definitely a plus for me. John and his staff was great when explaining the terms and prices. Also, the place appeared to be well maintained. Thank you John and staff for an amazing experience. Pam
I really appreciate how convenient this location is to any mode of transportation! It’s useful for when I use public transportation since it’s right across the BART station, and also has lots of free parking spots for cars too. The manager, John, is super friendly and always makes sure to stop by to say “hi” and offer any support if needed.
