I had an outstanding experience at Secure Public Storage in El Cerrito. John and Corina were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process, making everything easy and stress-free. The facility itself is top-notch—the most secure storage facility I’ve come across in the East Bay. If you’re looking for a reliable and secure storage option, I can’t recommend this location enough.
I have a music business out of my home and have had good experiences over the years with several storage places in the east bay. Recently however my storage needs grew and I decided to consolidate and get a larger space at Security Public Storage in El Cerrito. I started off with a 10 x 15 which filled up pretty fast so I added a second space but soon found I could consolidate back into one space. Extremely great service , the entire experience was smooth . John was very knowledgeable, Corina assisted me my contract and john walked me around the facility showcasing different units as well as pricing. I happily signed up , this place is incredible and their professionalism was unmatched . Thank you SPS !
Today was my first ever experience at a storage facility and Security Public Storage exceeded all my expectations. I truly appreciated John’s genuine customer service and as a student running a sustainable retail nonprofit, I highly recommend Security Public Storage’s services to everyone of need.
