I have a music business out of my home and have had good experiences over the years with several storage places in the east bay. Recently however my storage needs grew and I decided to consolidate and get a larger space at Security Public Storage in El Cerrito. I recently purchased a rental unit from this business and came in the following week to pick up a lock and view the unit. I was assisted by Kimberly, and I was very impressed with her customer service. She mentioned that she was not feeling well that day, but even so, she provided an excellent experience. She took the time to show me the unit and helped me with additional questions and details. I did some research around the area for a clean and affordable short term storage solution and I'm really glad I found this place. I was assisted by Corina, Kimberly, and John, and they helped me find the right option. After a tour of the facility, it looks to be really clean and secure, and I absolutely love their front office team chemistry. I would recommend this place to anyone!
Kimberly is great. She helped us correct a bad situation where our electronic lock stopped working and our exterior unit would no longer lock! She was very caring and gave us the opportunity to move the same day into either an indoor unit or a smaller exterior unit if our items would fit. We made the smaller one work and all is well! However, the lack of having the ability to put a normal lock on our unit was crazy. And crazier?
