I’m hanging out in the office of my storage facility chatting with John (The Boss Man), Isaac, and Morgan. When I moved to the area I needed space for things that wouldn’t fit in my new place. Beyond an immaculate place, I love coming here to chat with them… John always makes me laugh. You should meet him too! Icelynnd was extremely helpful! She made the process of signing up for my storage unit very simple and answered all my questions. When I had trouble figuring out the elevator, she noticed I needed help, and came out of the front office to explain it to me before I could even go back to ask for assistance. The facility is also extremely clean, and appears to be very well managed. Five stars!
I really appreciate how convenient this location is to any mode of transportation! It’s useful for when I use public transportation since it’s right across the BART station, and also has lots of free parking spots for cars too. The manager, John, is super friendly and always makes sure to stop by to say “hi” and offer any support if needed.
John helped us setup a great storage space for our move into the el Cerrito area. Great location and awesome that it is next to IHOP!
Perfect location near I-80 exit, and next to a small mall that gives a feeling to this place of added security. This facility is clean and well managed. A shout out to John, Brianna and Nadia: they're all very helpful, kind and attentive. I couldn't recommend a better place!
