I lived at Selene for nine months, and unfortunately, it was one of the most stressful housing experiences I've had. From the very first week, there were persistent noise disturbances from the unit above me that continued throughout my entire lease. On numerous occasions, sometimes as late as 4:00 AM, the concierge came into my apartment to personally witness the excessive noise and loud music.
