Beware WARNING!! I am a penthouse resident here. There are so many issues with this building. We have been here for 5 months and our HVAC system DOES NOT WORK properly and has completely gone out MULTIPLE times, one bedroom doesn’t get air (still doesn’t), the HVAC has also leaked and ruined the flooring. This is not just our unit. A lot of units in the building, especially the penthouses, are having multiple issues with their HVAC systems and they have tried to fix things to no avail.
