I had a great experience. Got the first month free, convenient location, and Arayah, the facility manager was great-- good communicator, friendly, and helped me clear up a billing issue quickly.
Changing my autopay was unbelievably difficult. The online interface is maybe the worst I have ever used. Local branch never answers the phone, and all of the loading zone spaces are full the entire time the place is open with cars that never move. Also they raised the rent immediately. Not great.

Don't store your stuff here. Useful in a pinch and nice employees in the office, but your stuff will not be safe. I rented a storage unit here and was able to access it immediately after booking it online. I stored my things here on a Saturday night and removed them all from the storage unit the next day, so my stuff was here for 24 hours and it was fine. About 4 days later, I got a call that the lock had been cut on my unit. Thankfully, nothing was stolen since it was empty, but I wouldn't store anything here again. If any... read more
