Honestly I loved using this facility! It was clean and kept up with. The hours were completely reasonable and it was for the most part private and quiet. There were plenty of cameras for security and having the key fobs gave me that extra sense of security. And I definitely indulged in that little vending machine a few times. I have rented a unit for several years at the Hampton location on Todd's Lane. I highly recommend this facility to anyone considering a storage rental. The facility is well kept, clean and very secure, and the management is superb. Stephanie and Christina are always helpful. They've always happily and answered all my questions and promptly addressed any concerns. In I'm very pleased with the Hampton E-Comerce in every way.
The waitlist was long for a reason! The staff and overall environment was very accommodating and welcoming. The manager was able to answer all my questions and assist with my needs. I am throughly pleased with my service and looking forward to sizing up to a bigger unit when space becomes available.
Christina and staff were extremely patient and courteous with every concern or question I had. I am SO GRATEFUL that I had this facility to store my valuables.
Very professional in explaining the rules and the entire program; answered all of our questions, and demonstrated the process to get in and out. Very informative. Facility was very clean. We are first time renters.
