Almost everything about this storage facility is good. The location is convenient and the staff is helpful. The issue I have been having is with the e-locks. Unless you have a data plan on your cell phone there could be issues being able to unlock the locks every time. I had a few times after hours close to 10PM when I could get up the elevator but the lock would not unlock. So I had to load things back into my car to come back the next day. Christina was super helpful with taking me to the unit to view it. Addressed all of my concerns and made my decision easy to choose this facility. Stacy assisted and the level of customer service was amazing
Great staff! Stephanie was the first person I met when I inquired about this storage. She helped me a great deal. She let me know what size is available and when. When I had to downsize, she was honest with me when the units are scarce. She suggested to put my name on the list so when/if a unit comes available they will call me.
