Almost everything about this storage facility is good. The location is convenient and the staff is helpful. The issue I have been having is with the e-locks. Unless you have a data plan on your cell phone there could be issues being able to unlock the locks every time. I had a few times after hours close to 10PM when I could get up the elevator but the lock would not unlock. So I had to load things back into my car to come back the next day. Great staff! Stephanie was the first person I met when I inquired about this storage. She helped me a great deal. She let me know what size is available and when. When I had to downsize, she was honest with me when the units are scarce. She suggested to put my name on the list so when/if a unit comes available they will call me.
Christina is amazing and such a big help. The transition to get a storage was made easy. Christina help me a lot. It is clean and safe. I would recommend E-Commerce to everyone. Friendly staff and always greet you with a smile and answer all my questions. Outstanding Customer service. 10 stars. 😊
I share a unit with my roommate and it has great space for regular sized storage boxes to be on both sides and still have good walking space in the middle to move stuff around. I met Stephanie King at the front desk and she is very helpful and friendly! I would recommend this storage unit to anyone who is looking!
