I have rented a unit for several years at the Hampton location on Todd's Lane. I highly recommend this facility to anyone considering a storage rental. The facility is well kept, clean and very secure, and the management is superb. Stephanie and Christina are always helpful. They've always happily and answered all my questions and promptly addressed any concerns. In I'm very pleased with the Hampton E-Comerce in every way.
Honestly I loved using this facility! It was clean and kept up with. The hours were completely reasonable and it was for the most part private and quiet. There were plenty of cameras for security and having the key fobs gave me that extra sense of security. And I definitely indulged in that little vending machine a few times. Christina has great customer service skills! She is kind and very professional. She was able to accommodate all of our storage needs. Highly recommended!
I received a notice on Jan 15th that my rate would increase by approximately $5. Says "only some units" would be affected. However in the note, it says "ninety (30) day notice" ....and will be charged the new rate on Feb 1st... Please make it make sense Ms Stephanie King. Edited after speaking to Ms King------- My low rating was a bit of an overreaction. Despite the email miscommunication, I love how well kept this place is, and how professional yet friendly the staff are here. Thank you for addressing my concerns!
Very friendly and courteous staff. The facility is always clean when we go there. I would highly recommend E-Storage. Indoor temperature controlled storage at very reasonable prices.
