Honestly I loved using this facility! It was clean and kept up with. The hours were completely reasonable and it was for the most part private and quiet. There were plenty of cameras for security and having the key fobs gave me that extra sense of security. And I definitely indulged in that little vending machine a few times. Great staff! Stephanie was the first person I met when I inquired about this storage. She helped me a great deal. She let me know what size is available and when. When I had to downsize, she was honest with me when the units are scarce. She suggested to put my name on the list so when/if a unit comes available they will call me.
Christina is amazing and such a big help. The transition to get a storage was made easy. Christina help me a lot. It is clean and safe. I would recommend E-Commerce to everyone. Friendly staff and always greet you with a smile and answer all my questions. Outstanding Customer service. 10 stars. 😊
I share a unit with my roommate and it has great space for regular sized storage boxes to be on both sides and still have good walking space in the middle to move stuff around. I met Stephanie King at the front desk and she is very helpful and friendly! I would recommend this storage unit to anyone who is looking!
Ecommerce Center Self-Storage has been a pleasant experience. Its clean, the staff is very accommodating, and the new technology features are very convenient. I just wish the price on the units were not so high. And Stephanie, is amazing. Need a space, go see Stephanie.
