Almost everything about this storage facility is good. The location is convenient and Stephanie seems like an upfront manager. She also gave me a lower rate (than usual) for a limited time when I wanted to switch to a smaller unit. The issue I have been having is with the e-locks. Unless you have a data plan on your cell phone there could be issues being able to unlock the locks every time. I had a few times after hours close to 10PM when I could get up the elevator but the lock would not unlock. So I had to load things... read more
Honestly I loved using this facility! It was clean and kept up with. The hours were completely reasonable and it was for the most part private and quiet. There were plenty of cameras for security and having the key fobs gave me that extra sense of security. And I definitely indulged in that little vending machine a few times. The staff has been absolutely amazing and respectful even from my first phone call with just a few questions. The prices are so affordable as well for the amazing place that I received.
