From 1 star to 5 stars!! I have been renting 2 units for a long time. And now and only now am I giving a 5 star rating because BEN IS BACK!! The best decision this particular storage facility could have made! I have my classic 70 Chevelle stored as well as another unit for work equipment and I feel safe that nothing will go missing. Because I have work equipment there I frequent it a lot and nothing made that more miserable than having to deal with rude customer service, and a maintenance guy that clearly has no business ... read more
Ben was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was thorough, professional, and made sure I got the storage unit I wanted. I had a great experience and couldn’t say anything negative about this company—Ben truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
Ben was wonderful, very attentive to my needs as a customer. He was warm, friendly, and honest, making certain that I had an easy, stress-free experience. This move has been stressful but it was nice to feel so taken care of by people who obviously care about their customers.
The storage units are nice. The property is neat clean and orderly. Access is easy and well done. Plenty of space for vehicles to load and unload. Would be 5 stars if the staff that I dealt with on two occasions, same person, was personable and friendly. The gal I dealt with once was very nice and professional, the male I dealt with twice was not friendly, never smiled, and seemed miserable to be at work. Secret shopping from ownership would be beneficial here to see how customers are being greeted and interacted with.
I would like to acknowledge and appreciate Ben for his warm welcome and awesome customer ethics . He explained all the details that we needed and he took time to listen to us and has good communication skills. I give him 5 🌟. The place is neat, well kept and conducive for the customers.
