From 1 star to 5 stars!! I have been renting 2 units for a long time. And now and only now am I giving a 5 star rating because BEN IS BACK!! The best decision this particular storage facility could have made! I have my classic 70 Chevelle stored as well as another unit for work equipment and I feel safe that nothing will go missing. When I reserved the unit, I had the pleasure of working with Shamika Kennedy, who was excellent. Pleasant, helpful and efficient, she effortlessly guided me through the reservation process in no time at all. This is the fourth unit I’ve rented at Tehaleh Self-Storage, and every time has been outstanding. The rates are reasonable—they frequently have specials—and the units are clean, well-lighted and accessible.
One of the cleanest storage facilities I’ve ever used. I keep my RV & boat here and never have a problem. Ben & Emily have been my main contacts and they are awesome. The units a large and clean, with easy access. I’d recommend this storage facility to anyone who wants a modern, clean & friendly environment for their personal belongings!
The facility itself was fantastic. I had the largest unit you could rent stored my classic car in there along with some normal holiday items, etc. however, the maintenance tech is a complete jerk, hall monitor type of person. That is 100% why I left. If you’re just storing items that you are not at your unit often or after hours, you will probably be OK but if you’re in your unit frequently, especially when the weather is nice and you want to take your car out stay clear of this place. The storage units are nice. The property is neat clean and orderly. Access is easy and well done. Plenty of space for vehicles to load and unload. Would be 5 stars if the staff that I dealt with on two occasions, same person, was personable and friendly. The gal I dealt with once was very nice and professional, the male I dealt with twice was not friendly, never smiled, and seemed miserable to be at work. Secret shopping from ownership would be beneficial here to see how customers are being greeted and interacted with.
