The facility itself was fantastic. I had the largest unit you could rent stored my classic car in there along with some normal holiday items, etc. however, the maintenance tech is a complete jerk, hall monitor type of person. That is 100% why I left. If you’re just storing items that you are not at your unit often or after hours, you will probably be OK but if you’re in your unit frequently, especially when the weather is nice and you want to take your car out stay clear of this place. I have been a long term user of this place but the guy with a beard working on 8/31/25 needs a serious lesson in Customer Service. He is seriously very rude. I spend just shy of $1,000 per month for all my rental needs at this facility and will absolutely be moving them to another storage facility that has courteous Customer Service agents. Laura was amazing to work with, very personable and spent time answering all questions. The maintenance staff member I encountered was also very friendly and personable, didn't catch his name. Great clean, well lit, and secure facility, convenient and has Uhauls, moving and packing supplies, and Storage available. Prices are comparable to other storage units in the area. Had good move in specials online. Overall I'm pleased with my experiences with this facility and staff.
Not sure how employees can be made aware that they are being unfriendly, discourteous, and disrespectful. But the employees were efficient in their duties. We were given the worst possible access of unit 4015 that would not allow the large U-HAUL truck to back in straight without hitting fire apparatus and blocking roadway. Other than the access to unit, the units were clean and the paving entry to inside of unit was smooth which reduces tripping hazards upon entry and egress. This is a beautiful facility in the beautiful neighborhood of Tehaleh. Our RV storage unit was clean and the facilities were neat and tidy. There is good security with cameras everywhere and a keypad locked gate. There are also well groomed hiking trails nearby.
