I used this storage facility for about a year and half. The storage units are well built, secured and properly maintained. I never had any issues storing my belongings over there. Gate access hours are very convenient, plus, they always have somebody at the office during business hours. There is a nice lady (Emily?) who works there and has always been helpful. I would highly recommend this place.
Laura was amazing to work with, very personable and spent time answering all questions. The maintenance staff member I encountered was also very friendly and personable, didn't catch his name. Great clean, well lit, and secure facility, convenient and has Uhauls, moving and packing supplies, and Storage available. Prices are comparable to other storage units in the area. Had good move in specials online. Overall I'm pleased with my experiences with this facility and staff.
The online reservation process was simple. But the calls to make changes created all sorts of problems. Mis communication and inaccurate information caused lots of frustration and 3 trips from home and back. Hours later I had access to the unit. But no one left to help move items. The staff is very good at helping the client's and the storage facility is always clean and accessible. The only complaint I have is the 20% Late Fee charge, which is pretty steep. Fortunately I have my unit on Auto-pay so I haven't had to pay this excessive fee.
Secure. Friendly, Respectful of your privacy. They also keep a watchful 👁 for odd/criminal activity, and I've heard of instances of them evicting people with too much traffic (no need to worry, the people evicted had no business using that facility...that's all I'll say.) This location even has a Restroom!! (Which is a major + when you have a family and kids!) When I used to live near the area & had a unit, they called me to let me know my door wasn't locked properly.
