My storage booking experience was excellent. Heather was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. She explained everything regarding my rental space, promotional services, billing cycles, how to pay, and contract requirements. My total rental process experience was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Storage Pro for any storage needs.
One of the cleanest storage facilities I’ve ever used. I keep my RV & boat here and never have a problem. Ben & Emily have been my main contacts and they are awesome. The units are large and clean, with easy access. I’d recommend this storage facility to anyone who wants a modern, clean & friendly environment for their personal belongings!
My husband and I had an excellent experience with Ben at Self Storage @ Tehaleh. From the moment we arrived, Ben greeted us with a smile and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Customer service goes a long way, and he nailed it! He didn’t pressure us at all, instead, he took the time to walk us through different options and helped us narrow down the perfect storage unit for our specific situation. The prices were very reasonable, and the location is extremely convenient, just minutes away. Ben ma... read more
Highly recommend this storage property, the managers Ben and Emily are very personable and take the time to make sure you have the appropriate space for what you need. Ben was also extremely helpful getting me squared away with my RV, showing me the best gate to drive through and explaining the operation of the large roll up door. Very clean and secure location if you need to store something….Go here!
My fiance and I returned our 1-way U-Haul there yesterday and we were greeted by Ben, who was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The actually site for the facility and the main lobby is clean and beautiful. It was a great experience all around and I was pleased! I even forgot that we were required to refill the gas to a certain point, but Ben was willing to take care of it for us. Thank you!
