Trying to work with these people is a complete waste of time. I'm a fleet manager so I deal with dealerships on a regular basis. And this one isn't professional by any stretch of the imagination. I talked to a sales person who was lackadaisical about returning my calls. After trying to reach her several times over 2 days I reached out to Jason the used car manager. Glenn was very resourceful, and provided a great customer service experience. However, the attendant at the checkout desk, could have acknowledged the customers standing in line with an acknowledgement by stating “will be with you guys shortly “. Overall a great experience
Well I gave them the benefit of the doubt and left a good review a couple weeks ago even though I waited 2 hours to get my oil changed and NEVER GOT IT CHANGED! They accomodated the oil change. Now I am back to finally get my oil changed, Ive been here for 2.5 hours and still waiting. They came and told me they stripped the bolt while doing tire rotation and its going to be 65.00 to put a new one. Its their fault they stripped the bolt, why am I responsible to pay? Call and made an appointment because the horn on the car is just bought from them didn't work. Drove over an hour to be told they can't even look at it for 5 days. I asked what was the point of the appt then, he said it was just to talk to the advisor even though I spoke with somebody about the issue over the phone already and told them the issue. That's why I made the appt. I will never use this dealership again.
They don't even deserve the words it will take to write, but for the sake of every other decent human being with a little bit of faith left in humanity and service now adays here we go: I have several chevy vehicles and each additional time I take in a vehicle here, the experience gets worse and worse and worse.
