Brought my work truck in for service. Sat for 2 days without an update. After calling I’m told “we don’t care” by the supposed general manager Steve and that it would take 2 weeks to even look at the truck. Immediately came and had my truck towed elsewhere. Time is money and they won’t get either of mine. They should fire GM Steve and manager Joe and others not cut for the job. Stay away at all costs there is a reason for the low rating. Should be able to give zero stars. Had an appointment for 7:30am on a Tuesday. Received no updates on Tuesday or Wednesday until I reached out to service for update on Wednesday afternoon and was told vehicle would not be looked at until Friday. Seriously! I dropped it off Tuesday with an appointment and it won’t even be touched until Friday. What’s the purpose of an appointment? Service was prompt and thorough with recommendations for needed services, as I suspected, for which I brought the vehicle back in the next day to complete. My Advisor Robert was great!!! Very personable and attentive.
The service department at Seminole Chevrolet is top-notch. It's so difficult to find good service as I'm sure everyone can relate, I've been here 3 times, and each time they have proven to be worthy of my business. I brought my truck in for a known issue, which they took care of, and they found another issue after checking my truck over top to bottom. Do not bring your car to this dealership for service. They are irresponsible. I left my car for service on 11/23 for a service on the steering wheel that is making noise. I said I was going to travel and would pick up my car next week. I arrived to pick up my car. They hadn't even looked at the car or done the service. They forgot to do the service.
