Well I gave them the benefit of the doubt and left a good review a couple weeks ago even though I waited 2 hours to get my oil changed and NEVER GOT IT CHANGED! They accomodated the oil change. Now I am back to finally get my oil changed, Ive been here for 2.5 hours and still waiting. They came and told me they stripped the bolt while doing tire rotation and its going to be 65.00 to put a new one. Its their fault they stripped the bolt, why am I responsible to pay? I’ve been bringing my truck, 2019 Chevy Traverse, to Seminole Chevrolet since the day I bought it in 2019. Every service and maintenance job was done here, and for years, everything went smoothly until today. Once my extended warranty expired, I stopped going mainly because of the drive and decided to try a Firestone near my home. BEWARE! I had my vehicle towed into Seminole Chevrolet, since it was the nearest Chevy dealership in the vicinity of my car stalling. I thought I would undoubtedly receive the same high quality service I've experienced in the past from other Central Florida Chevrolet dealerships. Unfortunately, this was a very costly lesson. Actually mind blowing how incompetent the employees are here. I called two days prior to my appointment. Made sure they have the part MADE sure they knew why I was coming in. Took off work came and drove 25 minutes just to be told that they need my vehicle for two freaking days TO DIAGNOSE… are you joking me right now. Oh and I’m gonna be charged a $299 diagnostic fee - unless it’s deemed a special coverage. are you freaking kidding me do you even hear yourself you guys are so incompetent.
