I dropped the vehicle off on a Monday afternoon. They said 1-2 days to diagnose why my remotes only worked intermittently. Trying to work with these people is a complete waste of time. I'm a fleet manager so I deal with dealerships on a regular basis. And this one isn't professional by any stretch of the imagination. I talked to a sales person who was lackadaisical about returning my calls. After trying to reach her several times over 2 days I reached out to Jason the used car manager. Was having the radio fixed. Told they couldn’t get the part for 5 days. Then told they had to keep the car and could not give me a rental. Finally let me take car after paying full deductible. Then told their labor was more than the warranty paid and it would be an additional $175. Then when they fixed the car they said they couldn’t not release it to me because the warranty hadn’t paid them. This place is ridiculous, when I purchased the vehicle it only had one key fob. So I had to make an appointment to get a new key fob. My appointment was at 10, he told me it would be several hours. They send you a link to track the progress, it hasn't even updated. I will not be bringing my car back here when it needs service.
Josh was great in getting my truck serviced. Dropped it off, was told 2-2 1/2 hours - done it just over 2 hours. Washed and waiting when I arrived to pick up. Great job!!
