I have a very BAD experience at SEMENOLE TAYOTA IN SANFORD FLORIDA. I bought my tayota tundra at that dealership and have all my services don’t there. After driving my tundra for under 30 thousand miles I have to get new tires. I call service and ordered 4 new tires. I was told that they have to order the tires because they don’t stock those tires. Needed a new battery for my Toyota SUV. Better price than Sam's on 84 month battery - my loyalty coupon brought total down installation cost and total was same as Sam's. Difference - needed battery asap & Sam's in Sanford does not encourage same day business even when they are not busy. Go figure. In one hour I was on my way. I have been visiting this place for 6 years, to buy used car, new car and also for its maintenance. I must say, I am always happy with their service. Recently I took my vehicle for regular maintenance and after driving a day, ended up with a warning on the dashboard. It was a minor warning which they fixed the very next day. Since I ended up driving again to their center, they ended up getting my car washed too. I agree mistakes happen, but as long as they go above and beyond to rectify it, I appreciate it.
