Quick service for recall item. Service tech was great and expedited my vehicle as requested. I think the problem with most dealers is service tech you get. Some are out to rip you off and others are very good. I was lucky this time but have been the victim before. Best thing is to do your homework and request notification before "extra service " is needed.
I had my first service done at Toyota and it was a great experience. Charles was very helpful, friendly and made sure my car was taking care of. My car was serviced very quick and I didn’t have to wait too long. Overall, I was very happy with Toyota service , staff getting my serviced scheduled and with Charles.
It wascmy 6 month check. They handled it very well. I drove right up. They came to help Me right away.. Told Me how long 8t would take and ask if I was staying or leaving. I was leaving so they made sure they had my cell number to call Me when it was ready and if they needed to ask Me any questions. I brought my 2019 Toyota Corolla in for an oil change and a new air filter. I requested for Jimmy Stillman to be my service advisor since I had dealt with him before over the years. As usual, he treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. He met me at the appointed time and he filled out the paperwork for my signatures and proceeded to get my automobile maintenance job underway.
