Needed a new battery for my Toyota SUV. Better price than Sam's on 84 month battery - my loyalty coupon brought total down installation cost and total was same as Sam's. Difference - needed battery asap & Sam's in Sanford does not encourage same day business even when they are not busy. Go figure. In one hour I was on my way. I have a very BAD experience at SEMENOLE TAYOTA IN SANFORD FLORIDA. I bought my tayota tundra at that dealership and have all my services don’t there. After driving my tundra for under 30 thousand miles I have to get new tires. I call service and ordered 4 new tires. I was told that they have to order the tires because they don’t stock those tires. I had my first service done at Toyota and it was a great experience. Charles was very helpful, friendly and made sure my car was taking care of. My car was serviced very quick and I didn’t have to wait too long. Overall, I was very happy with Toyota service , staff getting my serviced scheduled and with Charles.
I came in for my 10k service, tire rotation is listed on my receipt (I have full extended warranty to the max) tires were clearly not rotated as I could tell by a small nick on my front left rim which is how I know that service was not done. It makes me wonder if my oil and oil filter were even changed. If you can’t do the tiny small things, the big things definitely don’t get down right. I’ve had a great experience at this dealership up until this, it makes me want to not get any service done at this location unfortunately.
