I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Seminole Toyota. The service advisor I worked with was dishonest and misleading about what maintenance was “required” for my vehicle. I was told that several services were necessary since I was at 50,000 miles that are not recommended by Toyota’s manufacturer maintenance schedule, including a coolant flush, which Toyota does not require until 100,000 miles under normal driving conditions.
