Senderra made the process of getting my prescription impossible. I needed an advanced refill of my prescription before traveling and cleared it with my doctor and my insurance. I called Senderra’s office two weeks before I was set to leave to give them adequate time to ship it. Their representatives said that this would be possible but that they needed to call me back after the authorization went through. They never did. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Not only do they make it impossible to get your medications (which by the way we need to even function as a human without debilitating pain which also has lifelong detrimental effects) but when you try to communicate with anyone other than the person who answers the phone they just hang up. If you have the option to use another pharmacy, take it. My experience with Senderra has been frustrating from start to finish. Just trying to get my Dupixent prescription filled and shipped was a complete ordeal. I made five or more calls to Senderra, and each time I was told someone would call me back — no one ever did. Absolute joke of a company. Having dealt with other speciality pharmacies, Senderra is light years behind them all. Their care team is rude, has no idea to how to help you, so they end up making up answers to try and get you off the phone. Asked to speak to a manager and was just left on hold for eternity. They always call when it is time to refill my prescription. They check to make sure the prescription is working and ask if I need to talk with a pharmacist. The delivery is always the next day and packed correctly Thanks for your complete service
