I laugh hilariously at the “positive” reviews at this place. It’s impossible to have a good review for this dump. The many times I have been in I have seen the people who work here treat everyone SO RUDE EVERY SINGLE TIME I’m there. I have personally experienced this as well. The owner or manager or whoever he is is the rudest man I have ever met. I have noticed anyone who doesn’t speak English gets treated the worst. How can you be so miserable to treat people this way? It’s disgusting.
The best Service me and my sister were trying to send money to our mother we went to all the cheque cashings all day but nobody understood that we wanted to have it fair... some cheq cashings were too rude some were too expensive but this cheque cashing where the Manager and the trainee manager were so helpful they both listen to the Problem we had and provided us the best and cheapest service ... it was 2500 $ transaction and me and my sister will always go there to do oir fanancial transaction ... Store manager super rude, customer service is really bad. SUPER BAD ENERGY!!!! If i could just rate this store with 0 stars i would. today i had the worst experience with the store manager, one of the lady working as costumer service cash my husband check but she did not count the money so my husband did and it he was missing $100.00 and then the store manager was assuming my husband took $100.00 he say he did not have access to the cameras and that we had to wait until the store close like we have the time of him. I'm not sure if he's the store manager, seem like it since he was on is phone while the girls worked. Well, the guy that was there this afternoon was RUDE!! The way he called me next was by banging the desk, No good afternoon or how can I help. ATTITUDE the whole time!! if you don't like your job, QUIT look for another, bad day? Leave it outside work!! No one needs that BAD ENERGY!!!
