I've been cashing my check here for over a year friendly and fast customer service people this is the only place I would recommend anyone to use
I accidentally signed my check in my car, instead of letting me cancel the check and my business re issue a new one he talks over me Everytime I try to speak. They are straight rude to me, the teller repeats the same question over and over "where did you try to cash this?" I tried to come with a solution and even call my business owner, he keeps telling me to shut up and literally won't let me talk at all. I needed new dollar bills for a project, so I came in to change bills(EVEN EXCHANGE). I was treated so rudely by the manager he wouldn’t give me his name. He refused to change the bills due to inventory! What inventory when you’re exchanging the same exact denomination? IDID NOT WANT CHANGE! I know it was because I’m black! I patiently waited while the lady cleaned the lobby, nobody greeted me after standing there for 5 minutes with nobody else inside the store. After dealing with numerous check cashing places in the area this one specifically seemed incompetent with resolving a simple issue. At best staff is undertrained.
