I’ve been a member for many years. Even now in retirement. The staff is always helpful and friendly. In person, on line or on the phone, always able to answer any question or provide service.
Least you could learn to do is to stop transactions from coming through if there's no money in the account. I love it when a chunk of my paycheck goes missing before i even get it. Big shoutout to rex, my main guy. without him i wouldn't be in such a stupid financial situation. Glad i have an account with you guys!
