Loved the actual laser experience but out of the two appointments I’ve made both were cancelled. The first one twice and my second one once. Never had so many scheduling issues with laser treatments. UPDATE: spoke with Ariel who really wanted to make the situation right. She reached out almost immediately and really made sure I was happy with the outcome.
Honestly they cancel every other appointment I make and aren’t great on the admin/operations side yet. They don’t know how to leverage Groupons, they will bombard you to confirm 48 hours ahead but not clarify that it’s 48 business day hours and then they end up canceling the appointment anyway bc the nurse isn’t available. I love the laser hair treatment and everyone is super nice but it’s just not well run yet.
Great experience! The front person, Nickolette was amazing! She’s so nice, helpful, and gives a great vibe. Love the place and would highly recommend anyone getting hair laser done.
I've been in for 2 laser hair removal sessions of my face so far and have had great experiences both times! The process is super quick and very comfortable. I barely feel the laser at all, unlike my past treatments at Duly's clinics which would feel like I was getting shot by a rubber band. At Sev, most of the time I felt nothing apart from the cooling air that they blow at the area being treated, or at the very worst I'll feel a very slight tingle or pin prick sensation. Update Below! I've been going to sev for about 4 years now from houston to chicago. I was told today Kayla the manger wouldn't be willing to reschedule my appointment without waiving the cancellation fee because it's been waived before. Unfortunately I have a funeral to attend out of state and i need to reschedule not completely cancel. In 4 years I've had to cancel only twice. Once because i had covid and sev's policy does not allow clients to be seen while having covid and the 2nd time was due to my fathers passing and i ... read more
