Maintenance is non-existent. Countless calls and work orders go unanswered. I've been waiting forever to have my maintenance issues resolved so I called the city's Housing agency today & my attorney.
They really need to beef it up on the security.
Seems like all they care about is the rent and not our safety and using cheap products.
Security is not a concern here. The gates by the dumpsters are never locked. The main gate has been broken for over 2 weeks now. There are bent places in the fence for several months now.
Don't expect a response from the office when you e-mail them about the security issues. The NEVER respond and the issues don't EVER get fixed.
