I strongly believe this company is operating a scam. They have a single-family home listed for rent in Arlington, TX, on Zillow, and I can share the address if needed. The listing is active, features professional photos, and the automated system quickly prompts you to “request a tour” or apply online. My property manager is Becky and she has been excellent! She has given us advice on what opinions we had on renewing our lease after two years. She communicated wonderfully between us and the owners getting answers back in a timely manner. I would have to say SGI has been very helpful. We appreciate Becky taking the time she did & getting our lease taking care of for the next term.

I have mostly lived in apartments so this is my first rental home as I need more space with a new addition to my family. It was a few things that I was expecting to be completed prior to move in such as cleaning and lawn care just initially of course which were not completed. Other than that everything has been good I have been able to reach property management as needed so far. Love the area and home.
