The folks at Shade Works of Texas are great! The owner came to our home and took the time to explain our options and help us choose the right shades for our patio and the installers were very professional and efficient. We did have one shade that arrived from the manufacturer too short but Alan was quick to take ownership of the problem and order a new shade. I would (and probably will) do business with Shade Works of Texas again. We love the product and the company.

Very pleased with installation and effect. We haven’t had high winds yet, but it seems to be very strong fabric and components. It takes a while from ordering to install but worth the wait. The original process of taking measurements and conditions was very thorough. Similarly the install was very meticulous and worked to my existing conditions.
They sell a very high quality retractable patio shade. Their customer service is awesome. When they came to deliver it the fit and finish of the install was top quality. Thank you for making my patio so much more enjoyable. You're the best!
