We have friends who live in this small community. When they said that they wanted to sponsor a meeting at their Community Center I couldn't imagine that being possible as we needed some level of privacy. When we arrived I was very happy to see that is was ADA compliant as I am in a wheelchair. Then, when we arrived at the separate area for our group's meeting I was very happy to see that we would indeed have privacy. For an out of the way, small community the amenities are very big league. I have 2 friends that recently moved in here and they love it. Quiet area. Friendly people. They have potlucks, exercise classes, card playing, and other activities. Very nice and a great place for seniors to live.
We have lived part time (summers) for three years. Now are permanent residents. Park is older but clean and well maintained.. rent is reasonable. Activities during non covid times..
I have listed 3 Homes in Shadow Mountain Park and I love working with Doreen in the office. What a lovely park in the Center of Prescott Valley.
