I’ve received excellent psychiatric care from Shanna throughout my time with Lifestance. Appointments are easy to book and communication outside of them is timely. She responds quickly every time and clearly goes above and beyond to provide quality care for her patients. I get the medication I need on time and when I need it. Shanna is top tier. She takes the time to listen and makes suggestions based on your individual needs. She always answers any questions one might have and will absolutely follow up when/if she has the answers. She is kind, compassionate, non-judgmental, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her.
I have been a patient here for over two years, and ive never felt the need to look anywhere else for psychiatry. My Dr. is extremely sweet and patient with me. I feel like they listen and genuinely care about my recovery. I have not relapsed once since ive been following my psychiatrists instruction. And i dont feel pressured to overmedicate which i appreciate so much.
Shanna was great the whole 2 years I worked with her. She set a new expectation for my next doctor going forward!
