I’ve received excellent psychiatric care from Shanna throughout my time with Lifestance. Appointments are easy to book and communication outside of them is timely. She responds quickly every time and clearly goes above and beyond to provide quality care for her patients. I get the medication I need on time and when I need it. Shanna Darling provides excellent care to my teenager. She’s relatable, kind, and a joy to work with. During your appointment, she takes her time and never rushes you, but also doesn’t waste your time with superfluous information and sticks to the point at hand. She is a safe space for you and/or your child.

Shanna is top tier. She takes the time to listen and makes suggestions based on your individual needs. She always answers any questions one might have and will absolutely follow up when/if she has the answers. She is kind, compassionate, non-judgmental, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her.
