I waited months for this appointment with Sharon McDaniel, LPC. I came in prepared and expected a professional start. The intake form included the topic I wanted to address, and I mentioned it again upon arrival. Instead, the majority of the session was filled with small talk and stories from her personal life, along with multiple interruptions to deal with a printer. Sharon is very attentive, kind, and warm. Highly recommend. We had a great first session and I look forward to more.
My first session with Sharon was late and then interrupted a lot! Didn’t feel warm like I wanted! Then my insurance wasn’t taken care of so I got the sent the bill already and my insurance said they are covered with life stance and Sheron. I don’t like mishaps and not feeling the attention and care I need! Improve most definitely is needed. This is my first time! Didn’t like it!
Very nice office. Counselor allowed me to ramble on and then gave me a small amount of doable “homework” before the next appointment. This was my first session with the new counselor and she is miles and smiles better than what I had before, very friendly and attentive. I made a 2nd appointment.
1st session was great looking forward to more and get to know my therapist..
